New email address once input (and confirmed) will not register to the desired subscriptions when "Subscribe to Selected Newsletters" is clicked.
This issue still persists for me.

Hi Ravenous

Assuming I am correct regarding what steps you are actually taking to accomplish what you are seeking to do (apologies for the mouthful  ) the page works, but just not in the manner you think it should.

This is dredging my long-term memory, but try this ... enter your new email address but don't select any of the newsletter options below. Click subscribe. Then, in the "Update" column of the table, click a "Modify/Unsubscribe" button (hopefully your new email address is now shown against all current selections) and change your desired newsletter subscriptions there.

This is the process I followed when I wanted to add a new subscription to my existing choices, but I haven't tried to change my email address as well as change my subscriptions choices so don't know if it will work for you. I'd do a practical trial for you but I don't really want to change my email address and then have to change it back :D Hopefully, you won't mind being the guinea pig to test out my theory and report back

The workaround fails at this point.

This is a brand spanking new ADSL account with a virgin newsletter subscription list (i.e. I am attempting to sign up to newsletters for the first time on this account). I have no existing subscriptions.

No "Modify/Unsubscribe" buttons visible. Table is completely blank apart from row/column titles.

Thanks for trying 8). The subscrption page is clearly not confirming the registration on the table to me. So I got completely no idea if I am signed up or not.

*EDIT* I haven't attempted on the HSPA yet.

Nope. No Dice. :(

"Modify/Unsubscribe" works for updating subscription for existing e-mail address. Cannot get a new one to register on there. Even with the workaround procedure.

I received what looks like a very standard email that I expect every new customer receives with the subject "Exetel ADSL Password and Modem Settings". In the email the phrase "planed and emergency outages" appears, which should of course read "planned ...".

Also, the email contains a telephone number for customers to ring if they have problems, but the number is not connected...
"If your modem and PC are correctly configured but you are still unable to connect, call Exetel on 02 9954 6622"

The above issue was not resolved.

Similar issue is now shared by https://www.exetel.com.au/members/custo ... choice.php & https://www.exetel.com.au/hspa/customer ... choice.php donations will not register once input. My previous donations are no longer registed on this page either.

I wish to re-arrange my donations in response to notification "Completion Of Contract To Support Gouldian Finch"
We appreciate your support over the time that you have been a donor and if you are able to continue making donations to one of the other projects supported by Exetel we will be happy to forward your donations.
Sorry to be a pain. Is it best I open a support ticket?

On the change plan page (Naked ADSL2) under "Useful 'Add on' Bonus Packs" it has:

VoIP calls: 9 cents untimed to any Australian local/national wire number

Should that be 10 cents?

Also submitted this through the suggestion box
