I still can't see the error.

What The Potential Customer’s Requirements May Be
What Hardware And Software Is Needed?

To use a VOIP service from Exetel the customer will need:

An ADSL modem with two Ethernet ports

An ATA that is used to connect a ‘standard’ handset to the ADSL modem

A standard telephone handset

A standard PSTN line connected to an ADSL network

Enough technical knowledge to be able to connect the devices and perform some simple software loading.

Can you exactly pinpoint it for me?

"Voicemail Call hold description need to be swapped and Call Hold is a double up(It appears in row 1 as well)."

Thank you; it will be corrected.

Me?

There's no typo that I can see (haven't read that closely). Its a formatting thing, there's no difference between the questions and the answers, they're both bolded. The heading "what the potential customer's..." has bodgy formatting that has flowed onto the rest of the document.

The times for free time (or whatever you are calling it now) dont have a timezone. I think this would be helpful to answer enquiries like this

All times are either EST or ESST.

I just thought (I know - shock horror) that if it said that next to the time, it would help in some enquiries.

Do you mean AEST and AEDT?

This is hard enough as it is, without you throwing in an American timezone and one you made up :(

Hi galah,

You have the correct understanding of the time zones, they are based on the Sydney/NSW time zone. This means that when daylight savings starts in NSW that the free download period will move forward for the states that do not have daylight savings. So the 2am time will be 11pm in Perth/WA time during summer time.

Cheers,
Paul

When you sign up for a new email address, if the name is already taken, it says "this email address is existing" - perhaps it should be changed to something a little less ambiguous, maybe "this email address has already been taken" or something.

"maybe "this email address has already been taken" or something."

I will forward your suggestion and the 'message' will be changed.
