one of the faq's needs fixing:
How do I change the hosting of a domain name I already have?

1. Yes. Both Primary and Secondary Domain Name hosting service is available

the fairplay page https://www.exetel.com.au/members/fairplay.php needs to be updated with new uncounted period times

Question 1c has a spelling error:

" In any event as soon as you submitted your application all of your details woold have been automatically added to our user data base..."

The answer to question 2a ii appears to be truncated:

"last day of your contract with your current ADSL"

Perhaps add "provider." to the end of the sentence?

The answer to question 2d has the same spelling error as 1c.

Answer 1d iii "he wait time" - missing 'T'

Answer 2f "your download limit.>" - spurious '>' and free time period start/stop times need updating (can you make all pages that mention the times point to a single copy so you do not have to change so many pages?)

Answer 2g "from peering services.However traffic" - missing ' ' after '.'

Answer 3e and 3f -spurious i) at end of question.

At the top of the page the questions in section 4 are labeled ' ', 'a', 'b' & 'c' while in the answer section they are 'a', 'b', 'c' & 'd'.

Question 4a vs 4b - `Extra's vs `Extras' - the latter looks right to me.

Answer 5 - needs updating now that service in Tasmania is available.

Answer 7b - is this answer correct for non-NSW services?

Answer 8a vi and 8b v - missing full stop at end of sentence.

Answer 8c - needs updating as it refers to March 2004.

Answer 10f i - needs rewording as "Yes." does not flow on from the question.

Answer 12 - list numbers should start after "Exetel can not guarantee:" rather than include that line as well.

When changing CC details, you get the message:

On the Voice Invoices page (the one you get when you click 'open Voice
Invoice')...

there is 'pull-down' menus...

under Contact is 'Exetel CHAT' -- this link goes nowhere...
