Automated Phone Info Service

Post by ashlan » Mon Nov 19, 2007 11:04 am

Hi Team,

The automated service you use for many things (connection advice, fault logging etc) is great, but how does a user STOP it calling once the information is received?? It's calling us twic a day every day, without any message along the lines of: 'Once you have this info, press 1 to delete/stop this automated service'

Advice appreciated.

It stops once your fault has been resolved.
