Cancelling ADSL1 for HSPA

Post by icbu » Sat Mar 07, 2009 3:29 pm

HI, I had ADSL1. In the user facilitiles I have the following associations:
- VoIP calling cards
- Mobile phone

Recently logged into the user facilities and signed up for HSPA through this user facilities.

The calling cards and mobile phone are now linked to both ADSL1 and HSPA log ins (separate user facilities user name/passwords).

Just wanted to confirm my calling cards and mobile will still be around (and linked to my HSPA) when I cancel my ADSL1?

Cheers.

Hi icbu,

Your services will still be active even though you cancel your ADSL service to switch over to HSPA.
As you mentioned, you ordered the HSPA service from your initial ADSL service which means that both accounts are held under your existing customer record as opposed to a new, separate customer record.

Cheers
