SMS history and free credit limit gone

The Send/Manage/View SMS page for my ADSL2 account is showing zero or nil for everything. I can't view my SMS history though I use it regularly. The free credit limit is currently at $0.00 as is the free credit remaining. My API access seems to have disappeared, and consequently eXeSMS is complaining when I try to send an SMS. If I try to send an SMS via the web it says "You've exceeded the daily SMS amount. Currently you may only send $0 worth of SMS messages every 24 hours"

Has there been some major failure?

I have just had an identical problem, must be something broken with exetel. Thought it was my service but looks like its more widespread. evs.
