I logged a ticket regarding my data usage on November 15. Ticket number is 1872876. Unfortunately the only response I have received is that the usage meter is correct, but the issues I raised have not been addressed.
The issue is that the usage figures changed, and I believe they are now incorrect. I check my usage quite regularly and the figures changed substantially sometime between about the 8th and 15th November. I schedule all large downloads between 3am and 2pm. The downloads for the period below were almost all showing in off-peak and then changed to what is shown below.

You will notice that the bulk of the uploads are showing as off-peak but the downloads are showing in peak. This does not make sense to me as the uploads were occuring at the same time as the dowmloads. Prior to my usage records changing the downloads were also showing in off-peak.
A similar thing happened in July (ticket 1494300) and the usage was corrected.
Would someone be able to investigate this for me please.
