This has been fixed, the service was 'cancelled' recently due to a change on your telephone line, I've verified the service is not actually cancelled, and made the service active again.

My usage meters (current and history) are reading zero this morning.
I'm on ADSL1 in Ballina if that matters.

I have the same issue as the others.

All my meters have returned to normal.

My meter does show non-zero values now, but they apparently have not been updated lately:
"Your Usage From: 01-January-2010 (Updated at 2010-01-27 01:28:12)"
as read from the top of this page: https://www.exetel.com.au/members/home.php
It seems 20 hours out of date.

XML meters are also dated last night. It's partially fixed, so somebody is onto it.

All my values are stuck on zero - that's both uploads and downloads, peak and off-peak and for both 27th and 28th so far.
For the first time ever, I need to watch my usage closely and that's a bit hard at the moment. Is everybody else 'flying blind' too?
I would have thought there would be more discussion about this problem. If there is I can't see it...

It was fixed yesterday, but now it's broken again.
