HSPA Usage Meter - Not Working

Post by QPR_FC » Tue Jan 05, 2010 9:40 am

The Exetel HSPA usage meter provided in the member online is not returning any results.
When I enter a date range (which I know I did use the HSPA service) it returns no results....if that's the case, why was I billed for usage during this period ;-) ?
It also doesn't have 2010 as a year option in the search criteria.

Hi

Sorry, I only just saw your post

Is this still an issue for you, or is it working now? My HSPA usage is showing up okay.

Also, 2010 is now available as a year option.

In view of the time of the month and concerns that I may be maxxing my data limit, it's been frustrating to be unable to access the usage meter for over 40 hours now. Is this an issue for everyone?

This appears to have been resolved yesterday. If you notice any further issues please let me know.
