Don't get too excited about getting notified of a reply on this thread, I'm just letting you know that I am as frustrated as you by the lack of action on it (unless the issue has magically fixed itself without your ticket being updated - if it has, please let me know).

Anyway, I have just sent off my latest salvo to Exetel - here's hoping it gets fixed before the winter chills arrive (I'm not too keen on winter parties) :lol:

If I strike pay-dirt you'll be the first to know.

Awww, Gidget! I got all excited when the post notification hit my inbox :-)

Reality soon bit though. I checked, and, no, there is no magic engineering elf fixing faults :-(

Party season is drawing to a close but Easter is almost upon us. So if you do manage the impossible, I'm going to have to come up with some universal currency for your trouble: chocolate ;-)

Just to bring this thread to a final conclusion, I'm happy to report that, as of tonight, my reverse DNS hosting service now once again shows up in the Members' Facilities, "My details -> View Services" and, as a bonus, it now also shows up under "Manage Services -> Hosting -> Reverse domain hosting".

:D Well, as the saying goes ... it won't happen overnight ... but it will happen! :D

I must say, though, that your patience in waiting for 484 "overnights" to pass is a lesson for us all :mrgreen:

Ah Trev, beating me to it since '89, if memory serves ..

I noticed this afternoon that not only reverse DNS hosting but also IP HOSTING as "/29 Block Of 8 IP Addresses" is now listed, though not also under Manage Services, that's fair enough.

The RDNS shows 'none' for domain name but the start date of Jan 2007 is right so I'll refrain from further niggles :)
