I do agree the site appears crisp and improved interface - I glide through it like a duck to water.

Along the lines of 'appearance', perhaps the "Last 12 Months Usage Summary" chart/units of measurement could be moved up from (MB) "into (GB)" - as quite soon I would envisage people using tens if-not-hundreds of 'G'igabytes a-period.
As I already do.. here's what it looks like; IMO, progressive -
*Vista Ultimate* Billion,7402GL &TP-Link,D-W8920G <Atten(dB)42 @1.9 km>; HTC Kaiser II, WM6; Pre-paid RP2000 (Optus)
200GB@3.1Mbps,$60pm Zone 1+ 2X H-Line Budget; WP Saver VoIP._; $3,450 revenue: 5 years club.

looks neat and tidy, but the colouring comes across as blue/grey i think it should be a little more colourful
the theme kinda looks like a prison theme, or school uniform, but other than that it looks good
menues are easier to work with i think too

I like the new layout.

I can not see the 'View/change IP' function. Has this been removed or simply left out by mistake?

Along the lines of comments about removing features that you don't actually have (eg. I only have a mobile service, I don't want the ADSL option there)
In the mobile facilities I would like the percentage usage display on the 'home' member page

Also when going into mobile usage you have to choose between mobile services, which is all well and good unless you only have one service when it becomes a highly unnecessary step

I like it. Very intuitive.
