I presume that this fault is still existant in the system as i am on 2pm-2am peak billing, and whilst i attempted to use the remaining balance of unused peak data last night (upto 2am) it is showing on my usage meter that i have already used over 2Gb peak allowance, when it is only now starting peak period at 2pm. (as i right this post)

Please advise.

From 0:00-2:00 and 14:00-24:00, it is peak period.
From 2:00-14:00, it is offpeak period.

This only applies to your account.
