I am not sure if i am on the right thread or not as this is the first time i have used this.
I have been with exetel since the early days of it and i have not had a problem at all over that time. I have changed jobs and have moved locations. Because of the job i have had to go over to Big Pond for my isp.
My account is inactive at the moment which is fine and i have started a seperate acccount for SMS messaging which i pay in advance for.
The problem is i had web page host and e-mail hosting (http://www.holleyhock.net) through exetel but i can't access them now and when i log in i automatically go to the SMS page so i can't see my monthly accounts. I think i have been charged for web page hosting and e-mail hosting for the next 12 months but not sure as i can't read my accounts.
Can someone help me find out about it all and also explain how i can access the web page hosting. Hope i explained this right

I reckon you should email firstname.lastname@example.org. Sounds like there might be two separate accounts (or possibly one account has become inactive) and that Exetel Billing will need to confirm and respond to you.
