I am in Plan Z/20NOTEL. I would like to know what is the real Peak/Off-Peak period for my plan as I am getting different information from the Exetel member Facility website.
When I go to Manage Services --> Current ADSL Plan it shows my account Peak Period is 12pm - 12 am as shown below:
Service Number: 028850XXXX
Plan Type: Z/20NOTEL
Monthly Access Charge: $45.00
Peak Download Limit (Mbyte): 10000
Peak Period Option: 12:00pm - 12:00am
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When I view my Current's Month Usage (view detailed), it shows Offpeak is 2am to 12noon and Peak is 12 noon to 2am as shown below:
Offpeak Period: 2:00 am to 12 noon Peak Period: 12 noon to 2:00 am

Re: OffPeak times different in Plan Details & Daily Usage
Best to lodge a support ticket (see sig). There are a variety of usage meter glitches that seem to have arisen spontaneously (perhaps as a result of the recent 2 hour extension of 8 hour off-peak period to 10 hour ones).
I am a volunteer moderator and not an Exetel staff member. As with all forum posts, mine do not constitute any "official" Exetel position. Support tickets may be logged via https://helpdesk.exetel.com.au or residentialsupport@exetel.com.au
