Usage Meter - New Billing Period Fault

Post by CLoSeR » Mon Mar 28, 2011 10:19 am

Exetel Developers,

There is a problem with the Detailed Usage page since my billing and usage periods changed to the 28th.

The usage amounts and monthly progress figures are displaying correctly on the User Facilities Homepage (https://www.exetel.com.au/members/home.php) for example Monthly Progress is listed as Day 1 of 31.

However, if I click on the link to view detailed usage figures (Current Month's ADSL Usage (view detailed) - https://www.exetel.com.au/members/home_details.php) I am shown the usage for the month of March from 1st to 28th. As this is a new billing/usage period I would expect this page to display usage from the 28th March till the 27th April.

Suggest the wording will need to be changed to, as its not current month anymore. Instead perhaps "Current ADSL Period Usage (view detailed)"

Appreciate your assistance.

Regards,

CLoSeR

It appears that there could be an issue with the meter. We will check this out for you.
