Incorrect usage notifications.

I received an 80% usage notification at 6:00 today, which I believe is in error. I checked the online usage monitor and it lists peak usage for 14 Jun 2011 as Upload: 1045.77 MB and Download: 2521.40 MB. This can not possibly be right, since my off-peak period is 12pm-12am and so far all of 14 Jun has been within the off-peak period.

This also leads me to question the accuracy of the previous readings and whether I have been incorrectly charged for excess use in the past. Has anyone else experienced similar discrepancies?
