So I'm having service issues
viewtopic.php?f=296&t=33031 refers to forum pages that don't exist, so needs overhauling.
https://www.exetel.com.au/members/a_network.php is confusing, and appears to not be updated, but I can't tell because it is confusing.
The title of Current ADSL Services Status (26/02/10) is a bit of a worry, and while the list underneath has dates, most of them are years old, and so don't inspire confidence. There should be today's date and something to indicate the last successful check.
There is something about network issues there. From June 30. it is now Jul 4, and there are network issues - confirmed by phone - but what they are, when they'll be fixed, those I don't know. That's what that page is for, but it isn't being updated. Nor is the forum page the network issues area links to. Even if Optus still has an outage (5 days and it isn't making headlines? I somehow doubt it) there should be daily updates in viewtopic.php?f=296&t=38270 (the page the network status page links to) to say what's going on, even if that is 5 posts of "nothing happening".
Yes, I have reported this to the gentleman on phone support, he didn't seem interested. Or to even know what I was talking about.
