Duplicated Submission Error - Order Mobile

Hi,

I recently applied for Z15 cap as a current WM-C users. I filled out the form and received a "Duplicated Submission Error" when I clicked "place an order."

Was wondering if this is because I had elected to port my mobile number (which is with Exetel) and used that same number as my "mobile account number"? I only have the WM-C plan with Exetel.

Anyone else get this, or know what I should put in these fields?
