Web Site Usage Meter broken

Post by TheToid » Mon Aug 29, 2011 8:55 am

Hello,

There seems to be a problem on the website and with the XML data file at the moment for ADSL usage (possibly other services as well), it hasnt updated yet for the new billing cycle and therefore i get this data after logging into to www.exetel.com.au:

Your Usage From: 2011-09-28 (Updated at 2011-08-29 08:14:01)

Peak | Period: 4:00 pm to 4:00 am
0 GB / 100 GB (0.00%)
Off-Peak | Period: 4:00 am to 4:00 pm
0 GB / 120 GB (0.00%)
Monthly Progress
-29 / 29 (-100%)
Usage Meter Server Time is 2011-08-29 08:55:22 AM.
Downloads are currently being metered as offpeak usage.

Does anyone else have this issue, and is it being looked into?

Thankyou and kind regards,
TheToid
