What does the Monthly Progress meter mean? Am trying to figure out why my one says:

Peak | Period: 4:00 pm to 4:00 am
16.5 GB / 30 GB (55.00%)

Off-Peak | Period: 4:00 am to 4:00 pm
7.5 GB / 180 GB (4.17%)

Monthly Progress
30 / 31 (97%)

Monthly progress is just that, how many days of the current month have been and gone since the last billing date, in your case you have used 30 days out of the 31 days for January.

The idea being that you can guage whether to adjust your download rate at a glance by comparing the blue line on your usage graph with the monthly progress one.
