I finally took a couple of minutes to look at plans again as I've been out of contract for more than six months.
It seems I can save around $17.50 a month, so I clicked on "Change Service" and then the "Apply" button to do so.
The page flicks to a page that says "Your current plan details" and more that I don't get time to read before heading back to the "Change Service" page.
Help!
Can I change plan here?
