OCV200 Plan Change

Post by ErocK » Thu Sep 06, 2012 6:43 pm

I am currently on the OCV200 plan that provides me with both ADSL2, landline and VOIP

I want to change plans as this is not cost-efficient anymore with the new plans but I have 2 questions.

1) If I change plans, would I still keep my VOIP service?
2) The member facilities don't have the option to change to the OP4 plan, only the OPF4 plan. I do not need the "free call option" Why is this?

Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric,

Yes, you can still keep the same voip number after changing the plans and I will get one of the sales representatives advise you on the 2nd question.
To Log a fault ticket, please click click here or alternatively call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)
