Confusion

On the home page summary upon initial login, the details of my plan have the peak/off peak periods as 9am-1am/1am-9am respectively, yet when I go to detailed usage the old times of peak 4pm - 4am/off-peak 4am - 4pm show up. Which of these is correct because I've been wondering why I hit the wall on my peak usage so quickly?

We will need to verify details of your service and the plan that you're on; therefore, would you be able to drop us an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au complete with your service number (full ADSL/PSTN telephone number)? Accordingly, we can tell you what your peak and off peak times are and will attempt to get your issue with the Members details resolved.
