Usage Issue

Hi,

Currently I am on the OP3 plan with a 1am to 9am off peak time.
Over this month I have seen higher peak usage than I would expect.

This morning I setup approx 400mb to be downloaded after 1am. Below is the exetel website usage for today at 8:30am today.
Note the off peak usage of 638mb would be correct. Yet there is nearly 2gb of peeak usage already record before 9am?

I also took copies of extels usage webscreen during yesterday and noticed as the day progress well after 9am (all peak time) the off peak time continues to increase.

So I have small amounts of offpeak usage being record during peak time (even at 2pm?)
I have large amounts of peak usgae being record during offpeak time.
Can someone assits?

PS Just noticed my exetel home screen says off peak 1am-9am. ADSL menu service says off peak 1am to 9am, but the my details/viewservice option has peak as 12 to 2??????

Hi, I'm noticing the same issue:
just logged a support ticket: #6164940#
One my account details it's showing at 0900 to 0100 for peak.
In my usage details it's showing 1600 to 0400.
