VOIP password in Member's Facility

Could the forum please advise what has happened to our VOIP password being available in our member's facility? Have i missed something or has it been omitted on purpose?

Passwords view option has been removed from members due to security reasons. Therefore, If you cannot remember the current password you may have to reset the password and enter that in to your voip device settings.

Does seem like a lot of work. The scanario would be if a customer was talking to support staff using their VOIP service regarding maybe some issues they reset their password then they don't have VOIP to call for free and have to use another method ie. their mobile phone.

Surely that can be a problem for those that are not familiar with the interface of their router? Exetel support then have the difficult task of talking a customer through the whole configuration.

Could another option be to re-send the password out to the nominated email address?

At the moment, this option is available only if you contact us. However, we will take your suggestion into consideration and see if it's feasible to make it available through member's facility itself.
