problem with telephone meter?

Post by casio7131 » Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:10 pm

I'm getting confused with this new metering and billing system. I want to check some previous bills so people can pay for some international calls etc.

I go here
https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/phon ... 0249xxxxxx
and look at 2014-07-14 bill for example - and it says:
Local Calls 45 call(s) 118.170.00 minute(s) $1.91

I know this is wrong since this account has free fixed-line calls. Then I check a few other lines:
13/1300 Calls 0 call(s) 0.00 minute(s) $0.00
International Calls 3 call(s) 33.41 minute(s) $7.98

and looking at the list of all phone calls there are 2 13 calls and only 1 international call.

To get to my point - am I doing something wrong here? Or is this new billing system totally untrustworthy right now? (my guess is the latter - so I will have to manually go thru the list of calls and pick them out myself)

turns out when i look at the 2014-08-14 bill, the PDF bill seems to have the proper numbers but the website numbers are wrong.

Well the telephone meter is still totally stuffed for me, so I've basically given up hope of it getting fixed - let's just hope what I've billed is actually correct.

I really shouldn't bother wasting my time doing this, but here are some problems I see my the website billing (now with pictures too!).

* 2014-08-14 bill - http://i.imgur.com/gaf2Vpa.png
Point B - local calls of $14.43 when I free fixed calls.
Point A - 2014-06-14 is out of order and it hangs (I never get any info) when I select it.

Point C - same problem with local/intercapital calls are nonzero.
