Exetel iPhone App not working
I have been using the Exetel "MyExetel" iPhone app for about 12 months without issue until about 5 weeks ago (beginning of March).
I first noticed the app wasn't updating on any of my devices (iPhonesx 2 and iPads x 2).
I logged out of one of my phones and tried to log back in, it keeps reporting wrong user name or password (the other three devices still fail to update data).
I have logged several jobs with exetel but I am getting no updates or progress on a solution.
The webpage works fine and this is the only way I can track usage of my 3 Exetel services....
Can this be fixed?????

Could you please try re-installing the application and check. If this does not work please PM me your service number so we can get this investigated further.

Hence why I posted on the forum to try to get the issue properly addressed and rectified.
