order status

order status

Exetel used to have a page a user could go to and check the status (progress) of an order. I have applied for a connection to the NBN and a modem, but I cannot find any such page to check how far along my order is. I do not even know if the order was ever received by exetel! I do have a reference number, which was automatically sent by the application page, but I don't know what to do with this.
So why don't we get an email saying something like: your application has been received and your modem will be posted out in about 2 weeks.
