Cancellation

Now that there is no option in the User Facilities to cancel my services, do I contact Sales? Support? Provisioning? Billing?

Who do I contact to obtain the account number for porting a VoIP DID out to another VSP?

Please note that in order to cancel a ADSL / fiber service you can contact the Exetel Technical Support team.
