Cannot get new $54.99 plan as member. Should I leave Exetel?

Dear Exetel,

You have new $54.99 unlimited ADSL+ plan but as member it cost much more.
I have contacted sales centre and they told me it is not possible.
Is there way to get this offer or I should leave Exetel after 12 years being customer?

Hi Ivan,

This must be because you are in a regional location, the plans on the website default to metro pricing.

Hi James,

I am in metro area, Dean park, NSW.
It is just not available for existing customers for some reason.
Only if I am new for Exetel.
I have tried to order it gives me new customer #83685 and Exetel sales person contacted me and cancelled it as I am existing customer and should order what is available in "my Execel" services.
