Greetings,
Looking at the member facilities usage for my VoIP service and it shows a single call for $0.09 in the totals, but the itemised call list reports it as $9... It looks like it is showing a value of cents and not converting to dollars in the list?

As we know, there are known knowns. There are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns. That is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know.
Re: VoIP billing usage units wrong?
Hi
Thank you for pointing this our which we have already been made aware.
Our IT team is currently working on this display issue where it shows a different figure on the usage section.
IT team also confirmed that this has no effect on the billing side of things.
This will be fixed shortly and we do apologise for any inconvenience in the interim.
