Recently, it appears that there are some changes for the usage meter in the member area. However, the results are no longer in chronological order. It is not in alphabetical order either but a mix of both. See the attached images of how the dates are ordered for the current billing cycle:

We have checked this with our back end developers and they already received this feedback about the usage meter in the members facility from some of the customers. Currently they have included this in to the future developments but we don't have an Exact Time of Resolution.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

In addition to the above problem of chronological order for the current billing cycle, the query of past usages does not work, In fact, it appears that it not even trying to generate a report of the upload and download usage but something else:

- Usage Query of Last Billing Cycle

This makes keeping track or monthly usage nearly impossible together with the discontinuation of the XML data many months ago.

Thanks for the information. We have updated our Developer team regarding the feedback and also informed about the billing cycle usage issue. They are working on this to apply a bulk fix soon. We are extreamly sorry about the inconveniences caused.
