Hi,

I'll need you to PM me details of the email/fax you sent. Such as the subject, email address sent from, destination fax number and attachment file type.

Thanks Will

Gee that was quick lol..Ok i got the same response for all 3. Sent via email this is the response.
1)recipient fax was engaged/busy
2)no answer from destination fax
3)recipient fax was unable to obtain sustainable transmission rate
I know for sure that one of the numbers i tried is a dedicated fax line. cheers Scott

Could you please PM me all three numbers that you sent to and the setup of each if possible.

Eg. Dedicated faxline/fax duet etc.

Just a thought, since there are certain things (like voice application or direct debit applications) which still requires the user to fax in forms, could the email2fax service be free if the fax destination is Exetel?

Is it possible for "non-exetel" customers to apply for a fax to email service?

(Similar to SMS facility?).

Regards,

Harry.

Only faxes sent to - 0299649318, Exetel Pty. Ltd's fax number will be for free via Email To Fax.

This has been implemented already.

To Bundy and shonky and all who may have had issues with sending and received busy tones.

Please all retry sending your Email to Faxes through.
