The availability of new numbers shouldn't take more than a couple days.
Thanks Will
I will be waiting with anticipation

Hi, I am interested in this service. I can't find any details of all costs etc on the exetel main page. Where can this info be found?
In the application there are no phone numbers to choose from. Does a number have to be selected before the application can be processed or can an application be lodged and I get the next available number or something?
Thanks.

Hi Javix,
If you click "View" under the more information heading on the application form you will taken to
http://www.exetel.com.au/a_fax.php which contains more information about costs etc.
Briefly though, it only costs $1 a month to have a Fax to Email number.
Currently there are no DID numbers available, but they should be available by this afternoon by which you can complete the application form.
Thanks Will

Do you need to be a VOIP customer to get access to this? Coz there are no DIDs there...

I have an account (fax to email).... and I am not a Voip customer.
It looks like the DID's just did not get loaded this afternoon.
.... maybe they'll be there tomorrow?
Harry.

Anyway to combine VOIP and Fax-receive on the one DID?
Ie, I have a VOIP plan and pay $5/month. Anyway to use this number as the fax did number?
I'm guessing no.
The next question is if fax DIDs are $1/month, any plan to lower the $5 for VOIP DIDs?
