No confirmation for 1.5 hours

I sent a number of faxes at around 0930.
I have not yet received any confirmation and they do not appear in the user facilities page.

A few minutes before this lot of faxes I sent a number of faxes which failed due to invalid attachment, so I changed the attachment from pdf to doc.

Do I need to resend the emails, or should I just wait?

Actually I am not sure of the exact time they were sent because my email is set to another timezone, it may have been around 10am. I have not received confirmation for 16 faxes. (The 16 previous faxes failed)

Hi Faxy,

We've identified the issue as a network related issue, currently all faxes sent after approximately 9:40am have been queued and will be processed as soon as the problem has been resolved so there is no need to re-send faxes through.

The problem should be resolved within the hour. I shall post again when I have confirmed this with our network team, though you should receive Email To Fax replies as soon as the service is operational.
