Fax -> Email Sydney DIDs?

Howdy,
I tried to order a fax to email service, but no Sydney DIDs!

When will Sydney DIDs be available?

As with similar posts there is a lengthly delay on DID numbers.
A new batch of Sydney DIDs was released 2 weeks ago.

There is no scheduled date on their definite release though a constant order is placed for more DIDs for Email To Fax and other VOIP services.

Sydney DID numbers are unfortunately still unavailable.
Rest assured that a large number has been ordered and that an announcement will be made on the forum when they are available.

There was also the same problem with Brisbane DIDs for VoIP a few weeks ago.. lots of people waiting and only ~30 DIDs were released...

Some sort of system needs to be put in place where if they are getting low, order them before it is too late so there is no unhappy customers

Yes, I just looked and there are only four Adelaide ones left - nothing else.

A total of 600 new Fax DID's have been added today.

Sydney - 400
Melbourne - 100
Brisbane - 100

Those who would like to order a Fax to Email service please log into your User Facilities and select "Order Fax To Email."
