PDFs just wont send

Post by howie » Wed May 28, 2008 12:01 pm

Hi,

I've been trying to get PDFs to send, but they just don't want to go. I can get pngs to fax, but that isn't any good for documents with more than 1 page. Is there another format I can try for multipage, such as tiff?.

I can supply a sample pdf if that would be of help

Cheers

Hi howie,

Can you send the .pdf file to williamm@exetel.com.au and I'll have a look at it. Also, if you can let me know what pdf creator application you have used that'd be great.

Cheers Will

I am having the same problem again. I am using Nitro PDF Pro. This system used to work extremely well, However I am Confident that Exetel have change a setting in their system that is causing these glitches. I send upto 800 email ot faxes / month and I NEED a system that is reliable EXETEL.
Will, I dont know whats going on with this but I am getting ALOT of heat for your System Failing.

I sent you an email in regards to the "glitch."

The settings change that you raise isn't due to any modification made to the system.
It is simply due to a non-standard postscript fonts being used within the pdf that were not contained within the original pdf that you were sending through.
