Service Down 15/2/2010?

Post by craign » Mon Feb 15, 2010 4:21 pm

I have sent 2 faxes by e-mail this morning (the same one twice) and have not received a success or fail response. Is the service down?

I have sent 9 faxes today, none of the them have worked or shown up in the user facilities page.

Can something please be done to improve the reliability of this service.

I've asked the sysadmin responsible to look into it.

Thanks James.
Any updates for today? It still seems to be unresponsive.

Hi All,

The service should now be up and running.
All previously sent faxes have been removed to avoid duplication.

Cheers Will

Thanks Will.
Any word on the cause, or how the problem might be prevented in the future?

It is caused by one file converasion software. It won't happen in the future.
