Faxes to 1800 numbers

Tried to send fax to 1800xxxxxx@fax.exemail.com.au yesterday, message bounced back with permanent error that 1800xxxxxx@fax.exemail.com.au is an Unrouteable address.

Any chance of having 1800 numbers enabled?

1800 are not blocked.

I suggest you forward the error your received to Residential Support for further advice.
