ftp login not working for me

Was ok a couple of days ago.
Reset password this morn still no login.
Have checked info on Your Web Space Details.
Any help apprecciated.

Yup. That's the info. Are you trying to connect from the same connection as you are posting from? What happens when you try to connect?

Got a new password 5 mins ago.
It just seems dead to me, no start action.

From Hotdog ftp,
internet site has been dissconnected.
this connection has been closed.

From cute ftp

I see no FTP attempts from you at all. Do you have a firewall or something akin to that between you and the server?

I thought it was your end with the changeover etc.
Yep was being blocked my end firewall, dunno how that happened
