Are you running any malware protection on your pcs/gateway? Things such as antivrus, anitspyware, firewalls etc?

If so can you turn them off? (I don't think you replied to this part of my earlier suggestion)

I can say that I am seeing packets (my apologies for not looking for thoroughly the first time) but they are incomplete attempts at establishing a connection.

IT WORKS!!!! they all load!!
Thank you SO much for the help! it was driving me crazy not being able to see them

do you mind if i ask what the problem was? incase it ever happens again

It was a problem at our end (apologies for that) with the connection limiting. You were somehow getting it in a weird state. I've poked it gently and it appears to both do its job and let you in. Joy.
