Hello, I wish to enable directory listing for my webspace. Is that possible?

It's not clear what you actually want. My understanding is that Exetel allows only 1 (root) point in your web space to have FTP access.

Your site is coded with frames, unnecessary in my view, and complicating it. If you wish to give HTTP browser download access to match your other ref to http://web.aanet.com.au/Student_WebZone ... _fuel_run/ you should place a file called ".htaccess" in the required /franpa directory, containing the line: Options +Indexes
Note the lower case and initial full stop in the file name. A simple html link to that directory will then work.
