Log into users' facility; Then select Web/Blog Setup on the sidebar.

An account will be created and you will be supplied with the ftp server's password for your space.

I have tried that and I either get name in use or failed respons

Name in use means somebody else got in before you. Think up another name and try it. Otherwise you need staff help like the earlier posters.

Could both of you please email hosting@exetel.com.au with the names you are attempting to use, as well as your service numbers and we shall look into the issue. Please also indicate what error messages you are getting exactly.
