Database access problem

Post by peterbell » Fri Dec 11, 2009 10:58 am

Hi,

Are that databases on home.exetel.com.au working OK, I can't see one at present.

Error message Fatal Error: Failed to connect to database host 127.0.0.1 login fwdbu1652

phpMyAdmin also fails.

It was working 20 mins ago.

Peter.

There is no reason this should not be working.

The database is still functioning, your database and user still exist and i myself am able to login to other accounts.

I suggest you test this again or try resetting the password.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have changed the password and the error message is currently

#1203 - User fwdbu1652 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

I'll let it settle down for a while an try again.

I've been getting this error all afternoon.
Select Database Error: User fwdbu7098 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
How long will mysql take to drop these 'active connections' and let me access the database again?
