Bing search errors on web space

I have created a Joomla website and registered with Google and Bing search. Bing has reported the following bot errors. Why would this be occurring?

Bing are reporting the following is being returned from the apache webserver - I'm using Joomla to present the web page, I need to get this page indexed

This isn't an error. First your software attempts to connect to (where there are many websites). It sends off a header which says something about itself. The server looks at the full HTTP header and sees you really wanted ...../base. It issues a 301 moved permanently reply, which includes the instruction to get there, namely the location field.

The last bit after DOCTYPE is a brief webpage to show in browsers, to provide a readable version of what happened.
