SSL Certificates for free webspace

Google Chrome marks the login page to my mediawiki site on my free webspace as "Not secure".
Are there any thoughts toward being able to a certificate such as those provided by Lets Encrypt with this?

This has been escalated too with the same ticket id 12633803 and you will have response today on or before close of business.

Hi,

While my main Mediawiki problem has been resolved, I have received no answer on the possibility of using a certificate such as provided by Let's Encrypt to allow valid https logins to the Mediawiki site.
