Change Plan error...

When I go to:
Services & Usage | Manage (Broadband Services) | Change Plan,
the response is: "! Something went wrong. Please contact Exetel or try again."
Hi

We are currently getting this sorted with the development team. Apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly PM your service details, we could arrange a call back to assist with the plan change.

Regards

Nicole
It is now working correctly.
I wasn't sure about changing my plan, just checking out what the options were.

If I view a topic like this one viewtopic.php?f=329&t=43883 it will show there are multiple pages to the topic. If I click to navigate to another page of the topic it will take me to a random section of the forum instead of that page of the topic.

For example clicking Page 2 takes me to: viewforum.php?f=59&start=50 which is the Mobile Services section of the forum.

Why does "Customer help forum" have the following things:

1. User Control Panel () • Your posts - what is the () for?
2. 2 posts • Page 1 of 1 12345 ... 19 - why does it say "Page 1 of 1" and yet the list say 1..19.

1) Can't attach multiple images to a post. If you upload 2 images in a single post and then submit your post only 1 of the images will be attached.

2) Images are "Inline" without clicking the Inline button.

3) Can't edit posts.

All these identified issues were addressed with our system administrators and currently they are working on a fix. Exetel apologies for the inconvenience may have caused.

Also, the Font Size button (above the Logout link) doesn't work.

Once they have applied any fix or change to the Forums, we expect to have a bulk fix with most if the issues reported. I will update this thread accordingly by that time.

I'm not entirely certain, but I think the New Private Message notification is also busted.

Oh, one final big issue.

The forum appears to always mark everything as being read. The Board Index and sub-forum indexes don't use the red icon to indicate that the topic has new posts since you last visited the forum.

The settings User Control Panel of the Forum has no effect and any changes to the settings are reset to the initial setting after applying the changes. E.g., the DST setting has no effect and the forum is still on Daylight saving time.

Should I post reports issues regarding the new forum theme here? This theme in particular: index.php?style=7

For example:

1) https://forum.exetel.com.au/ always directs me to the forum with the old theme in effect.
2) If I click my name in the top-right corner to open a drop down menu, the 3 choices are blank (I can still click them).
3) In the Control Panel there are 3 themes to choose from: Exetel, exetel and ProSilver. Why is there both an Exetel and exetel forum theme? Will this eventually be reduced to a single choice?
4) When using the new theme, reporting a post and clicking Cancel will take you to a Page Not Found error.

Firefox 60, I'm liking the new themes appearance so far even if it is mostly just a recolouring.
