Greetings,
I am looking to connect a new service and it gives me different options when I am logged in on My Exetel.
When I do a check address while *not* logged in to My Exetel it gives me two options
(Your connection network is FTTB Wholesale)
When I log in to My Exetel and then check the address again, it gives me three (more expensive) options instead
(Your connection type is Fibre-to-the-Node/Basement)
So which service should I be requesting to connect on?
Thanks
Scott.

As we know, there are known knowns. There are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns. That is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know.

Kindly PM the address details (street number, street name, suburb and post code) along with your service details we will check service availability and arrange a call back to assist you with an order. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
