Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
This page http://www.exetel.com.au/application_status.php says that the default password to login to the Members Facilities is "password". It is not. It is the "02nnnnnnnnAB" (adsl# followed by 1st 2 letters of street name).
Details... I'm setting up adsl for a friend, and have received the email entitled: "Your ADSL status has been updated - 02nnnnnn" directing me to http://www.exetel.com.au/a_application_status.php. Selecting "For the status of a new ADSL2 and Telephone (INCPHONE PLAN) Service please click here" took me to http://www.exetel.com.au/application_status.php where I entered the no. in question. The information then shown contained the error described above.
The email itself, however, contains the correct password.

On http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_inclusions.php in the "Inclusions" section it still lists "Uncounted Downloads" with a broken link to http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_inclusions.php#free.
Also, you should probably list the Peak / Off-Peak times in either the T & C page or this Standard Inclusions page.
Edit: Another error on the same page:

Edit: Another error on the same page:
As far as I can see, the personal web space has nothing to do with the up to 20 email addresses. I know I have not set up any email accounts but do have a web space configured. Each account has an allocation of 200 megabytes of space for the set up and operation of a personal web site. Access to this space is via using one of the 20 allocated email addresses and instructions on how to do this are set out in the user facilities.

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
In the Specials flash animation the "more..." link for the bundled ADSL1 plans leads to the old bundled page. Those plans were moved to the main ADSL1 page.

Thanks Col. It's fixed.
Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Hi Shady
I just spent some time helping a customer work out how to log into his Wireless User Facilities.
The Exetel home page login only works for ADSL services (I believe). To access the Wireless User Facilities if you don't know the direct login link, you first have to click the "Residential" button on the home page and then click the "Members" link on the next page to finally bring up this page
https://www.exetel.com.au/login/
This is not very intuitive. Can there be a "Members" link included at the bottom of the home page with the other links? This would greatly assist people looking to log into their User Facilities for all services other than ADSL.
Also, on the "Residential" page http://www.exetel.com.au/res_main.php, when you mouseover the "Members" link it says "Webmail" instead of "Members" - can this be fixed please.
Cheers
Gidget

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Hi Gidget,
I find that strange because I can log into any wireless account. He/she would probably need to clean out his cache and cookies. I will add the button anyways just for convenience.

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
A few minor web pages errors:
http://www.exetel.com.au/c_faq_main.php has page HTML title of "Exetel Mobile Service" when it should be "Frequently Asked Questions About Exetel's Services"
https://helpdesk.exetel.com.au/index.php?x=&mod_id=2 (Cerberus Helpdesk Knowledgebase) top level is "ADSL Fautls" - should be "ADSL Faults".
