https://www.exetel.com.au/members/hspa_order_form.php

HSPA E1 $195.00 Included $22.50 2gbytes 5 Cents Per MB 5 Cents Per MB No NONE View
HSPA E3 $25.00 Not Included $22.50 2gbytes 50 Cents Per MB 50 Cents Per MB No NONE View
HSPA F1 $195.00 Included $37.50 5gbytes 5 Cents Per MB 5 Cents Per MB No NONE View

i assume that plan e3 should be 5c/MB, not 50c/MB (see http://www.exetel.com.au/residential-hspa-pricing.php).

The ADSL1 referral at this link: https://www.exetel.com.au/order/residen ... e_form.php says $1.10 surcharge for credit cards. Is that meant to be be $3??
The views I present here are not necessarily those from my brain.

Nope. $3 admin charge for old plans. New plans reverted to $1.10 CC surcharge.

Hi,

The ADSL 1 PAYU Order Page (https://www.exetel.com.au/order_payu/re ... e_form.php) needs to be updated with lower prices for pre-puchased data.

Can you also confirm if the $300 bond still applies to Mobile Services for new customers? I have a couple of family members I'm trying to get to switch to Exetel.

It is listed as Point 17.1 on the Terms and Conditions page, but this same point has been removed from the T&C's included on the Order page

There is no bond if you pay with a valid Australian credit card.

Does this mean that the $300 bond applies if you pay by Direct Debit?

it has been reduced to $100.

In the future, you should ask voice related questions in the voice section of this forum.

Thanks. Yes, they are being looked at now. Are you able to tell me where you found that other information from about the security fee?

I am looking into this. Not sure why it's showing up like that.
